Field Application Engineer – ACDC (Server PSU) 📍 Location: Taipei 💼 Seniority: Mid to Senior Level 🗂️ Focus: Technical Support | Customer Engagement | Power Solutions We are looking for a Field Application Engineer with strong technical insight and customer-facing experience to support power/analog IC products for industrial and automotive applications. You will be a key technical interface between customers, sales, and internal R&D, driving design-in success and strengthening long-term customer relationships.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to execute go-to-market and business rollout plans.

• Join customer visits to provide professional technical support and establish strong partnerships.

• Analyze technical needs, identify design bottlenecks, and recommend suitable power solutions to support design-in and mass production.

• Support marketing and sales in promoting new products and solutions, including application deep dives and customer engagement.

• Work with R&D to relay customer feedback and assist in localization, customization, or improvement of solutions.

• Conduct regular technical training for agents and partners to enhance ecosystem knowledge.

✅ Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics or a related field.

• At least 5 years’ experience in power electronics, analog IC applications, or technical support roles.

• Familiarity with AC/DC topologies, power systems, and industrial design environments.

• Previous support experience with automotive or industrial customers is highly desirable.

• Strong communication and presentation skills; proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

• Self-driven, fast learner, and team-oriented with a proactive attitude.

⚡ Preferred:

• Experience supporting analog or power ICs in customer-facing roles.

• Knowledge of design-in requirements and part qualification processes in industrial/automotive sectors.

• Experience supporting power module or power supply customers is a plus.
