Supply Chain Specialist / Supervisor

An exciting opportunity awaits for a Supply Chain Specialist / Supervisor to join an organisation in Taiwan. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about ensuring seamless supply chain operations across borders.

Key responsibilities:

As a Supply Chain Specialist and Supervisor, you will oversee critical aspects of supply chain management, from high-level coordination with headquarters to hands-on logistics execution.

• Consolidate and present supply chain updates (product availability, logistics performance) in monthly HQ meetings, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
• Analyse data and generate reports using advanced Excel; maintain and update demand forecasts via SAP for the Taiwan market
• Monitor real-time inventory, coordinate replenishment, manage shipping schedules, and oversee customs clearance to ensure seamless logistics flow
• Plan material requirements and production schedules to align supply with market demand and channel expansion
• Manage 3PL/4PL partners, including vendor performance, warehouse audits, inventory counts, and contract negotiations
• Oversee order fulfilment (including special handling requirements), track sales data, and maintain inventory records to support marketing and sales operations

Candidate profile:

To excel as a Supply Chain Specialist and Supervisor, you will bring proven experience in managing diverse aspects of supply chain operations alongside strong technical expertise in tools like SAP and Excel.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent qualifications)
• Strong cross-functional coordination and multitasking abilities, delivering results under tight deadlines, with intermediate English proficiency for effective global communication
• 3–5 years of practical experience in logistics management or supply chain operations
• Hands-on experience with SAP systems for forecasting and inventory tracking is highly desirable
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting are essential
