Retail Supply Planner

A leading luxury retailer seeks a Retail Supply Planner in Taipei to drive stock optimisation, cross-functional collaboration, and SAP Retail initiatives in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities:

As a Retail Supply Planner, you will ensure optimal stock levels through data-driven allocation, cross-team collaboration, and support SAP Retail implementation to enhance store performance.

• Ensure fair, timely, and data-driven allocation of inbound stock across all stores
• Analyse delivery schedules, store purchases, inventory levels, and in-store activities to optimise distribution
• Drive strong cross-functional collaboration with Merchandising, Operations, Logistics, and Retail teams
• Support the planning, preparation, and rollout of the SAP Retail project, providing operational expertise

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring retail planning experience, strong analytical and system skills (ideally SAP), and a collaborative approach to driving data-driven supply chain decisions.

• Strong experience in sales & inventory planning and supply chain management, with at least 5 years in fast-paced retail environments
• Analyse sales budgets, buying plans, and inventory to develop allocation frameworks and maintain optimal stock levels across stores
• Proactively monitor stock positions, replenishment, and min/max settings to prevent overstock or stockouts and meet retail demand
• Identify risks, manage phased-out stock, and provide insights and recommendations to management
• Highly analytical, IT-savvy, and collaborative, with strong communication skills and a positive, proactive mindset
