Supply Chain Senior Specialist / Supervisor

A leading premium lifestyle brand in Taipei is seeking a Supply Chain Senior Specialist Supervisor to drive end-to-end supply chain excellence across retail and E-Commerce channels.

Key responsibilities:

As a Supply Chain Senior Specialist Supervisor, you will be responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end supply chain process that underpins both retail stores and E-Commerce platforms.

• Monitor order status closely, proactively managing delays, exceptions, and ensuring smooth end-to-end supply chain flow
• Track production progress including sample development and inbound inspections to ensure quality and timeline adherence
• Coordinate warehouse inbound schedules and cross-border stock transfers to optimise inventory movement and availability
• Collaborate with merchandising, retail, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless cross-functional supply chain operations
• Consolidate monthly orders and execute purchase orders in line with approved plans while maintaining accurate order records
• Manage product compliance requirements including tagging, labelling, and related production coordination and administration
• Oversee import/export operations including shipment scheduling, freight coordination, customs documentation, clearance issue resolution, and import cost tracking

Candidate profile:

The ideal candidate for the Supply Chain Senior Specialist Supervisor position brings a substantial hands-on experience in supply chain operations within the retail sector.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is required
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain operations, import/export, or logistics coordination, ideally within retail (apparel, footwear, or accessories preferred)
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving, exception handling, and high attention to detail with strong accuracy in data and documentation
• Proficiency in Mandarin and business-level English is required; Japanese is a plus, along with strong Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and a strong sense of ownership and accountability
