Senior VP, Global Supply

A global electronics company seeks a Senior Vice President, Global Supply to lead supply chain growth, quality, and operational excellence across Asia and Europe.

Key responsibilities:

As Senior Vice President for Global Supply, you will lead the global supply chain, driving operational excellence, digital transformation, and sustainable, scalable operations across regions.

Planning & Logistics (Amsterdam HQ & US)

• Lead supply planning, inventory alignment, and logistics operations to support business growth
• Drive digital transformation through advanced S&OP tools, automation, and data-driven workflows
• Oversee freight, customs compliance, distribution flow, and logistics partner performance

Sourcing & Supplier Management (Amsterdam HQ & Asia)

• Lead supplier strategy, contract governance, pricing compliance, and performance management
• Drive MSA negotiations, dual-sourcing strategies, and supply chain risk mitigation
• Strengthen resilience against geopolitical and macroeconomic disruptions

Manufacturing Operations & Reliability (Asia)

• Oversee ODM/CM operations, supplier quality, and factory execution
• Optimise production yields, workforce efficiency, material readiness, and NPI transitions
• Ensure operational reliability and continuous manufacturing improvement

Circular Supply (Amsterdam HQ)

• Lead global repair, refurbishment, and recycling operations to scale circular supply initiatives
• Deliver ROI-driven circularity programmes and leverage data insights to improve performance
• Drive end-to-end supply chain continuity through cross-functional collaboration and analytics

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring global supply chain leadership, operational scaling expertise, strong supplier management skills, and a passion for sustainability.

• Senior Leadership in Hardware Technology: 10+ years’ experience leading global supply chain, operations, or manufacturing functions within the hardware technology industry, with a strong track record in scaling high-performing, lean operations
• Operational Excellence: Proven ability to optimise, structure, and scale operations in fast-paced, high-growth environments while maintaining a hands-on leadership approach
• Bilingual Communication: Strong English and Mandarin communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across European headquarters and Asian supplier networks
• Sustainability & Ethical Values: Passion for sustainability and ethical sourcing, with a strong alignment to socially responsible business practices
