Supply Chain Manager

A market-leading manufacturing firm is seeking a senior supply chain leader to oversee end-to-end operations and drive strategic transformation initiatives in Taiwan. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead a high-impact supply chain function, ensuring scalability, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence across the network.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Leadership:
  Ensure seamless day-to-day execution across the entire supply chain function. Provide quick resolution to operational challenges while aligning execution with mid- and long-term strategic goals.

• Process Optimization & Performance Management:
  Define KPIs, monitor performance, and implement structured improvement initiatives. Drive efficiency across planning, warehousing, logistics, and supplier operations.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Serve as a key liaison among internal teams and external stakeholders. Oversee vendor management, performance tracking, and process compliance to maintain high service levels.

• Team Leadership & Development:
  Coach and develop a high-performing supply chain team. Foster a collaborative and agile culture, with clear accountability and continuous capability enhancement.

• Strategic Planning & Budget Ownership:
  Lead supply chain budgeting, resource allocation, and cost optimization initiatives. Support long-term network planning, including warehouse configuration and operational expansion.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including 5+ years in a leadership capacity.

• Strong background in supply chain process design, performance management, and cross-functional program delivery.

• Demonstrated success in vendor collaboration, resource planning, and cost control.

• Skilled in leading change and driving alignment across functions and levels.

• Experience in agile project environments (Scrum or similar) is advantageous.

• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
