As a HRBP, Your ability to communicate effectively will ensure that important information is shared clearly throughout the organisation and help create an environment where everyone can thrive.Your daliy activities will involve collaborating closely with various stakeholders to provide expert guidance on human resources matters such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
What you'll do:
- Serve as a dependable partner to business leaders and employees by offering thoughtful HR advice on all people-related matters including staffing, employee relations, people development, performance management, and organisational development.
- Implement HR policies and procedures within assigned business teams to ensure alignment with both company objectives and employee well-being.
- Fulfil recruitment needs promptly for designated business functions in accordance with ongoing business development requirements.
- Closely monitor performance management processes and career development plans within the organisation to support individual growth and team effectiveness.
- Identify training requirements across departments and assist in developing comprehensive annual training plans that address these needs.
- Provide professional suggestions to business leaders aimed at optimising performance efficiency based on a deep understanding of organisational dynamics and employee feedback.
- Act as an effective communication channel between employees and management by collecting feedback and fostering greater employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Support the Head of HR Business Partners in delivering tailored HR solutions that benefit both employees and the wider organisation.
- Facilitate clear communication of strategy, policy updates, procedures, and regulations to all staff members to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by HR management to further enhance the overall effectiveness of the HR function.

- Previous exposure to supporting sales & marketing professionals is highly regarded as it demonstrates your adaptability across different business functions.
- Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing enables you to communicate confidently with colleagues at all levels.
- An open-minded approach combined with fast learning abilities ensures you can quickly adapt to new challenges or changes within the organisation.
- Self-initiative paired with resilience under pressure highlights your dependability during busy periods or when handling sensitive issues.
- A genuine passion for working with people alongside a positive personality helps foster harmonious relationships throughout the workplace.
