Location: Taiwan | Hybrid (WFH 2 days/week)
Reports To: General Manager, Taiwan (Solid Line) / HR Director, UK (Functional Line)

Position Summary:
We’re partnering with a top-tier global consumer goods company to search for a strategic HR Business Partner to lead the Taiwan HR function. This is a standalone HR lead role focused on partnering with business leaders, driving transformation, and managing end-to-end HR strategy for the Taiwan market.
This is an individual contributor role with strong CoE support and close collaboration with regional and global HR counterparts. You’ll be working in a people-first, dynamic, and collaborative environment with strong business momentum.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Act as the strategic HR lead for Taiwan — overseeing HR strategy, headcount & budget planning, org design, and workforce planning
🔹 Serve as trusted advisor to the General Manager and senior stakeholders, offering sound judgment and business-driven HR solutions
🔹 Drive and support changes in talent acquisition processes, performance management, and leadership competency framework
🔹 Lead Taiwan’s involvement in regional projects, collaborating with other market HRBPs across APAC
🔹 Leverage support from regional CoE to execute local initiatives
🔹 Oversee outsourced payroll vendor ; ensure quality through regular reviews
🔹 Champion a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong HR Business Partner experience (8+ years), ideally in FMCG, retail, or other fast-moving consumer industries
✅ Proven ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders with confidence and maturity
✅ Solid expertise in performance management, organizational planning, and business transformation
✅ Independent and proactive — capable of making judgment calls and leading conversations
✅ Experience managing market-level HR responsibilities end-to-end
✅ Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills
✅ Business-oriented, energetic, and relationship-driven
