Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Associate Director to join our growing FMCG related business. This role will play a critical part in aligning human capital strategy with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, and serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is confident, energetic, highly presentable, and possesses the maturity to engage with regional and local stakeholders effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with business leaders to translate business strategies into actionable HR initiatives

  • Lead workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning efforts across functions

  • Drive organizational design and transformation to support business growth and agility

  • Provide HR consultation to leadership on people matters including performance, engagement, and development

  • Collaborate with the regional HRVP on strategic projects and initiatives

  • Foster a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture

  • Oversee key HR processes such as talent acquisition, development, and organizational change

  • Act as a cultural ambassador, building strong relationships across teams and functions


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields

  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or business partnering role

  • Proven experience working in FMCG, and fast-growing multinational environments

  • Experience supporting an organization of 300+ employees or more

  • Strong track record in talent strategy, organizational design, and senior stakeholder management

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin

  • High energy, positive attitude, and confident executive presence

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional, and fast-paced environment
