Senior Manager, Talent Development

A global electronics manufacturer seeks a Senior Manager (Talent Development) in Taiwan to transform talent strategies, strengthen learning and career growth, and drive a continuous learning culture that elevates organisational performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop annual L&D strategies, competency frameworks, and capability roadmaps aligned with business goals and employee needs
• Design and deliver tailored learning programmes, training needs analysis, and effectiveness evaluations across all employee levels
• Drive digital learning platforms, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning to strengthen organisational capability and performance
• Build career frameworks, identify high-potential talent, and lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership pipelines
• Enhance performance management and promotion frameworks while partnering with business units to support fair career progression
• Lead executive development initiatives and manage the talent development team to deliver impactful projects and measurable outcomes

Candidate profile:

• 10+ years’ experience in talent development or related HR functions within large organisations
• Expertise in performance management, training needs analysis, competency and career framework development
• Proven experience leading leadership, executive development, and high-potential talent programmes
• Experience driving digital learning transformation through platforms that enable knowledge sharing and continuous learning
• Background in global manufacturing or electronics environments, with strong stakeholder and project management skills
• Proven people management experience with the ability to lead teams, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver quality outcomes
