Key responsibilities:

As an Event Supervisor, you will lead the planning and execution of in-store and commercial events, coordinating teams, budgets, and logistics to deliver seamless, memorable experiences.

• Organise and oversee in-store and commercial events from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Manage full event production, including design, logistics, vendors, staffing, budgets, and on-site setup
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless, engaging experiences
• Coordinate with merchandising and client experience teams to optimise product focus, locations, and customer engagement
• Report on event outcomes, maintain financial records, and adapt schedules to meet dynamic business needs

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring hands-on luxury event experience, bilingual communication, strong collaboration, multitasking ability, and a passion for delivering memorable client experiences.

• Minimum five years’ experience in brand marketing or luxury event management, with strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent bilingual communication in English and Chinese for seamless collaboration across multicultural teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining high-quality outcomes
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with proficiency in customer relationship database management (CRM) systems and presentation software
• Flexible and adaptable, willing to work evenings, weekends, or holidays to ensure smooth event execution
