- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers across various industries including vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure lasting collaborations.
- Understand each customer's unique transportation and logistics requirements to develop customised solutions that address their specific needs.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation through to closing deals, consistently aiming to exceed set targets.
- Prepare accurate quotes and responses to requests for quotations (RFQs), ensuring all proposals align with customer expectations after close consultation with operations teams.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities using the CRM system to ensure transparency and effective follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as operations, customer service, and marketing to guarantee seamless execution of services and high levels of customer satisfaction.
