BIOS Firmware Manager (UEFI ; Hybrid; 英文要好! )

What you'll do:

• Guide the firmware development team in implementing platform-specific features for high-end products through effective collaboration with project managers and engineers.
• Facilitate seamless cooperation between worldwide core firmware teams as well as hardware, thermal, power, I/O, and product assurance departments to ensure timely delivery of production firmware.
• Oversee small engineering groups focused on maintaining firmware infrastructure, sustaining operations, and providing customer support with a dependable approach.
• Attract new talent while nurturing and retaining skilled project managers and firmware development engineers within the team.
• Promote knowledge sharing and communal problem-solving by encouraging open communication across all levels of the organisation.
• Champion inclusive practices that foster a sense of belonging among team members from diverse backgrounds.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, business management, computer science or equivalent experience is required for this role.
• An advanced degree is considered beneficial but not mandatory.
• You bring over eight years of programme or project management experience along with a proven track record of successful product delivery.
• Direct management experience within a development organisation spanning at least three years is preferred.
• Your understanding of product development processes—including procurement, supply chain management, and manufacturing—is highly valued.
• You possess excellent communication skills suitable for both customer-facing interactions and leadership presentations.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple organisations is essential for success in this role.
• You demonstrate empathy when engaging with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Your commitment to ongoing learning ensures you stay knowledgeable about industry trends.
• Experience in nurturing talent through supportive leadership is highly desirable.
