• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and test connector and cable products, ensuring that all technical requirements are met through co-operative efforts.
• Lead or support new product introduction (NPI) projects by sharing your knowledge and working together with customers on co-development initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with global clients and internal colleagues to ensure seamless project execution and foster dependable relationships built on trust.
• Contribute actively to process improvement projects by offering considerate feedback and participating in communal innovation activities.
• Support the development of engineering documentation by connecting with various stakeholders to gather information and share insights.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues during prototyping or testing phases by responding promptly and empathetically to challenges faced by the team.
