• Collaborate with electronics and mechanical engineers to design 3D models, issue drawings, and assist with product introduction into mass production while ensuring compliance with environmental temperature requirements.
• Develop and maintain a numerical simulation database for heat flow analysis, proposing predictive solutions for product thermal distribution.
• Facilitate the design and manufacturing of thermal modules by coordinating with relevant stakeholders to optimise performance and reliability.
• Conduct experiments on system temperature distribution and power consumption, maintaining a comprehensive database of component thermal parameters.
• Research regulations and practical applications across various industrial sectors such as rail transportation, maritime, and power industries to inform product development.
• Lead the management of new thermal technology research initiatives within the team, regularly sharing findings and evaluating feasibility for mass production.
• Drive process improvements in product development workflows by managing technical advancement activities within the team.
• Provide educational training sessions and technical explanations to both team members and cross-functional colleagues to enhance overall understanding.
• Assist in planning the technical roadmap for the team by contributing strategic insights based on industry trends and emerging technologies.
