The Company is looking for a (Senior) Product Manager-Oncology who will play a key role in driving the company's growth and brand impact. What will you do:

As (Senior) Product Manager-Oncology, you will be involved in every aspect of the company's products, from strategic planning to go-to-market. In your day-to-day work, you need to combine industry insights and innovative thinking to design forward-looking marketing plans, while leading various external activities to strengthen your brand's voice. In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring market dynamics, analysing the competitive situation, and adapting promotional strategies based on data to make products more relevant to customer needs. Through effective teamwork and cross-functional communication, you will help the company steadily expand its market footprint while bringing better treatment options to patients. In this position, your contribution will directly affect the growth of the company and social value, and it is an important stage for realizing self-fulfillment.

  • Plan and write a complete and strategic marketing plan to increase product awareness and market share.
  • Lead the implementation of various external marketing activities and media promotions, strengthen the brand image and expand market influence.
  • Conduct in-depth industry competition analysis and market research to grasp the latest trends and formulate effective strategies.
  • Establishing, promoting and operating existing brands and products while maintaining the consistency of the company's overall image.
  • Responsible for the planning, design and production of relevant promotional materials to ensure that the message is accurate and attractive.
  • Provide diversified sales tools and other business support measures to effectively assist in the promotion and sales of goods or services.
  • Actively operate social media platforms to increase fan engagement and expand the audience base.
  • Collaborate across departments to pool resources to achieve annual goals and project outcomes.

What do you bring:

As a (Senior) Product Manager-Oncology, you will need to demonstrate excellent project planning skills, as well as sensitivity and insight into pharmaceutical industry trends. In this role, your communication and coordination skills will help your team drive marketing campaigns smoothly, while meticulous execution ensures that every project delivers the desired results. At the same time, your passion for data analysis and market research will enable you to maintain a leading position in the highly competitive pharmaceutical field. In addition, a high sense of responsibility and a proactive work attitude are essential and important traits for success in this role.   • At least three years of experience in product management or marketing planning in the pharmaceutical industry or related fields, preferably familiar with oncology.
  • Good at writing marketing plans and can independently plan large-scale promotion activities to effectively enhance brand exposure.
  • Possess keen market observation and industry analysis skills, and be able to grasp trend changes in real time and propose response strategies.
  • Familiar with social media platform and content management skills, effectively enhance fan stickiness and interaction rate.
  • Good cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills, able to integrate internal and external resources to jointly achieve project goals.
  • High sense of responsibility and self-demand, attention to detail and ability to manage the progress of multiple tasks well.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit, able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
