Sr. QA Engineer

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on end-to-end testing activities for a Commerce Platform hosted in AWS Clouds, providing an exciting challenge for those passionate about quality assurance and cloud technologies. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative environment, working closely with development, site reliability engineering, and operation teams.

What you'll do:

• Supporting end-to-end testing activities of Commerce Platform Development hosted in AWS Clouds.
• Evaluating specification, requirements, and technical design documents to provide prompt and valuable feedback.
• Maintaining automated testing framework to ensure quality delivery of platform feature release.
• Analysing software testing results and recommending corrective actions.
• Troubleshooting and debugging test cases to identify and resolve software issues.
• Conducting stress testing for company big sales periods or new API release.
• Taking responsibility for release quality of E-Commerce Platform, Digital product, Enterprise Application and Data platform.
• Recording test results and following up with fault report cases, cooperating closely with related engineers.
• Staying involved in the development stage and staying up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.

What you bring:

• 4+ years’ experience in testing engineering or development of a retail business platform.
• Familiarity with different testing types such as: Application Testing, System Testing, Mobile Testing and API testing.
• 2+ years in stress testing tools such as: jMeter, K6, Locust, or LoadRunner.
• 2+ years in automation framework tools such as: Pytest, Selenium, Robot framework or others.
• Strong organisational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
