* Play a key role in shaping the internal user experience by managing technical documentation and communication for private cloud platform services, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all users. * Leverage your expertise in technical writing, cloud platforms, and AI tools to drive impactful improvements in product enablement and information sharing across the organisation.

What you'll do:

* Write, edit, update, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all private cloud platform services including Compute, Storage, Database, Identity & Access Management, CI/CD, and more.
* Establish and enforce standardised guidelines, templates, and style guides to ensure consistency and professionalism across all platform content.
* Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to deeply understand service functionalities, architecture, APIs, best practices, and common issues; translate these into clear developer documentation.
* Regularly review existing documentation to keep it synchronised with the latest versions of platform services and ensure accuracy.
* Design and maintain an intuitive structure for documentation that improves discoverability and navigation for developers.
* Plan and execute strategies for publishing platform service updates, new feature releases, best practices, tutorials, and other relevant content.
* Draft release announcements, blog posts, technical guides, FAQs, and various communication materials tailored to internal developers.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of critical product information through multiple channels.
* Design, establish, and manage effective information dissemination mechanisms such as knowledge bases, developer portals, mailing lists, instant messaging groups, and tech blogs.
* Explore automation tools for message pushing, subscription management, content personalisation; monitor channel effectiveness based on developer feedback.

What you bring:

* At least 10 years’ proven experience in technical writing, content management or product communication roles related to DevOps or software engineering.
* Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes as well as DevOps practices; able to contextualise documentation within these frameworks.
* Solid understanding of cloud platform services (IaaS/PaaS), including foundational knowledge of Compute, Storage, Database systems, CI/CD pipelines and Identity & Access Management.
* Excellent technical comprehension skills enabling rapid learning of new technologies which can then be translated into accessible written content for diverse audiences.
* Proficiency with documentation tools such as Markdown, reStructuredText or AsciiDoc; experience using platforms like Confluence or GitBook is highly valued.
* Experience with AI/ML tools (especially LLMs) for information retrieval or Q&A system training is considered advantageous but not mandatory.
* Basic programming skills (Python or Shell Script) are beneficial for understanding code examples or automating aspects of documentation processes.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to articulate complex concepts clearly across departments is essential.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams; strong interpersonal skills foster positive relationships throughout the organisation.
* Experience delivering public presentations or training sessions is desirable; commitment to continuous improvement in both content quality and delivery methods.
