What would you do:
* Develop product strategies, roadmaps, and validation plans to drive products from concept to market, ensuring product direction aligns with company strategy.
* Define product requirements, features, and processes, write detailed product requirements documents, and break down complex issues into the minimum deliverable functions for easy execution.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to plan technical solutions such as data flows, system architecture, and deployment options, ensuring products are gradually implemented and meet customer needs.
* Plan agile iteration schedules, manage development progress, and facilitate cross-departmental communication and collaboration to ensure high-quality and on-time product delivery.
* In-depth research into AI and related industry trends, market demands, and customer scenarios to actively explore potential product opportunities.
* Through data analysis, user feedback, and product validation, we continuously optimize product features and enhance user experience.
* Collaborate with clients, BDs, and solution architects to explore requirements, validate Problem-Solution Fit, and assist in planning solutions that integrate into productized products.
* Promote project demand to be reusable product capabilities, continuously enhance platformization and scalability to expand market influence.

What do you bring:
* Over 5 years of experience as a software product manager, with multiple complete 0-to-1 product exploration, design, R&D, delivery, and iteration of direct responsibility.
* Familiar with PoC, MVP, and agile development processes, able to effectively switch between different verification stages and complete delivery and iteration tasks.
* Passionate and insightful about forward-looking software markets, familiar with market analysis and exploration methods, and capable of integrating information for qualitative decision-making.
* Possess strong cross-departmental communication skills and client relationship management skills, enabling coordination and progress across multiple roles to build a foundation of trust.
* Familiar with an all-English work environment, fluent in English for internal and external communication and collaboration, with an international perspective and multicultural adaptability.
* Possess a pioneering spirit and open-minded thinking, maintain enthusiasm and flexibly adjust output in ambiguous and changing environments, prioritizing team interests.
* Bonus Requirements:
Experience in B2B software or Enterprise SaaS is preferred; Background in AI software, or platform products; Familiar with industrial automation, semiconductors, AI factories, or smart industrial fields; Possess a technical background in 3D, simulation, physics engines, reinforcement learning, or algorithms; Modeling knowledge and experience using related software such as CAD, Revit, BIM.
