A leading organisation seeks a Product Head in Taiwan to lead AI-powered digital product innovation, driving scalable solutions, business growth, and consumer trust.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap, aligning innovation with business goals and user needs
• Lead and develop a high-performing product management team, fostering a collaborative, data-driven culture
• Own portfolio prioritisation and resource allocation, ensuring strategic alignment, execution excellence, and timely delivery
• Champion AI integration across the product lifecycle to enhance product discovery, decision-making, and development efficiency
• Own and optimise product performance metrics, using engagement, retention, conversion, and revenue insights to drive growth
• Partner with the CEO and cross-functional leaders to shape product strategy, accelerate innovation, and deliver commercial impact

Candidate profile:

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading high-performing teams across consumer software or digital products
• Proven success owning mobile applications or large-scale consumer software products, delivering measurable user and commercial outcomes
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI across the product lifecycle, with a data-driven approach to product decisions using research and performance metrics
• Strong understanding of software architecture, frontend, backend, and APIs, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams
• 5+ years working across international teams, with native Mandarin, fluent English, and excellent stakeholder management
• Experience driving growth in mature digital products, partnering with global teams, and a passion for digital trust, fraud prevention, and consumer-focused innovation
