【Payment Solution】Sr. Product Manager

What you'll do:
- Own and maintain the integrity of core processing platforms responsible for authorisations, clearing, settlement services, scheme settlement, and merchant pricing.
- Act as the accountable product leader for changes and long-term strategy related to acquiring platforms, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive strategic roadmap for platform enhancements, projects, and initiatives in line with organisational goals.
- Sponsor or approve all required changes to platforms—whether regulatory or discretionary—providing guidance to project managers and working groups as needed.
- Oversee internal meetings to actively manage platform changes, escalating issues when necessary to protect platform integrity.
- Create and maintain internal and external communications materials related to platform updates and messaging.
- Review, approve, and initiate all changes to core systems while maximising opportunities to enhance service offerings.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with local regulations and card scheme standards (such as Visa, Mastercard, JCB, China UnionPay), including technical support for business partners and third parties.
- Work collaboratively with finance teams to develop pricing strategies across platforms that support commercial outcomes.
- Manage third-party gateways, scheme connections, accreditation criteria, and data integrity shared through these connections.
What you bring:
- At least 8-10 years’ experience as a Product Manager covering end-to-end product design, development, and lifecycle management within hardware or software solutions organisations.
- Comprehensive understanding of payments processing systems/applications relevant to acquiring platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of card schemes such as Visa, Mastercard, JCB, China UnionPay; familiarity with domestic TW credit card processors (NCCC), alternative payment methods (QR codes), and real-time payments (RTP).
- Demonstrated passion for delivering excellent customer experiences by representing the voice of the customer throughout product development.
- Growth mindset focused on refining processes and improving user experiences over time.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams—demonstrating strong interpersonal skills in complex environments.
- Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese (including technical terminology) alongside proficiency in English is essential for effective communication across diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required along with significant industry experience.
- Experience working with business stakeholders within matrixed organisations is highly desirable for navigating complex decision-making structures.
- Familiarity with large-scale organisational change efforts as well as change management principles, methodologies, and tools is preferred.
