【ERP】Product Owner

* Be at the forefront of designing and implementing a next-generation Web ERP system that will transform core business operations across multiple domains. * Work collaboratively with diverse teams, bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear communication, shared understanding, and successful delivery of complex projects.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and detailed specifications for a newly architected Web ERP system focused on modularity and scalability.
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions, translating business needs into actionable user stories, PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), flowcharts, and data models that guide development efforts.
  • Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams—including business analysts, developers, QA engineers, and end users—to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives using tools like Jira and Notion to maintain transparency and momentum.
  • Proactively identify potential obstacles or bottlenecks in project execution and work collaboratively to resolve them quickly while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Coordinate project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure smooth progress from initial concept through deployment and post-launch support.
  • Mentor junior team members by providing guidance on best practices in product ownership, requirements documentation, and effective communication within Agile frameworks.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and user feedback to inform iterative improvements in product features and overall system architecture.
  • Ensure all documentation is comprehensive, up-to-date, and accessible for both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations or demonstrations of product features for internal reviews or stakeholder meetings as part of the interview process.

What you bring:

  • At least three years of experience in product planning or system analysis for medium to large-scale IT systems is required for this position.
  • Demonstrated background in project management or previous roles as a Project Manager where you independently managed timelines and facilitated team collaboration is essential.
  • Familiarity with core ERP modules such as procurement, inventory management, sales operations, finance functions or human resources processes is highly valued.
  • Ability to craft detailed user stories, PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), flowcharts, and data models that clearly communicate requirements to technical teams is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Agile development processes along with hands-on experience using tools like Jira or Notion for tracking progress is expected.
  • Excellent communication skills combined with strong problem-solving abilities enable you to lead junior development teams effectively while nurturing their growth.
  • High tolerance for stress coupled with self-motivation ensures you remain dependable even when facing tight deadlines or shifting priorities.
  • Educational background in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields would be advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience designing or implementing ERP systems (or similar platforms such as CRM) adds significant value; exposure to PMS systems or large-scale international applications is preferred.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture concepts including Kubernetes (K8s) as well as proficiency in SQL are considered assets; certifications such as Scrum Master (CSM), PMP (Project Management Professional), CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner), or CPA are desirable but not required.
