[Life Insurance] Business Analyst

We are supporting a leading insurance company in the search for a Senior Business Analyst to lead the planning and execution of new insurance product initiatives and core system enhancements. This role is ideal for someone with deep domain knowledge in life insurance operations and hands-on experience with system analysis, testing, and stakeholder collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct business and system analysis for new product launches, claims, and actuarial functions

• Design and document process flows, test plans, and implementation strategies

• Serve as PIC (person in charge) for product configuration and system integration

• Lead cross-functional communication to ensure timeline and scope alignment

• Support initiatives related to IFRS17 and core system upgrades

What You’ll Bring

• 5–7+ years of experience in life insurance system planning, testing, or development

• Strong experience in insurance product workflows, actuarial/claims systems, and core platform integration

• Excellent communication skills and project coordination abilities

• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and manage multiple stakeholders
