Head of Data Analysis and Architecture

We are supporting a leading consumer tech and e-commerce company in hiring a Section Manager to oversee data architecture and analytics initiatives. This is a leadership role combining technical expertise in data governance and modeling with strategic influence over cross-functional projects and team development.

What You’ll Do

• Define and enforce enterprise data quality standards and governance frameworks

• Lead the development and monitoring of ETL pipelines, ensuring data consistency and compliance

• Guide the team in designing and implementing machine learning and statistical models to support business operations

• Evaluate and integrate modern data infrastructure technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Spark, DBT, Airflow)

• Promote architectural consistency across analytics tools, data lakes, and cloud environments

• Lead a cross-functional team, including hiring, mentoring, KPI tracking, and performance management

• Serve as a key stakeholder in cross-departmental initiatives, bridging business goals and technical implementation

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in data quality management, data engineering, or analytics

• Proficient in SQL, Python or R, and ETL pipeline design

• Experience with data governance frameworks (e.g., DMBOK, GDPR, ISO 8000)

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern data architectures (e.g., Data Lakehouse)

• Strong leadership and project management experience, especially in matrix-style organizations

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
