[Long-standing] Data Analyst (prefer: R)

We are supporting a long-standing software solutions company in hiring a Data Analyst to help transform product decisions through data insights. This role involves turning raw data into meaningful business intelligence and empowering product owners to make better, data-driven decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct data analysis to identify problems, trends, and user behaviors

• Support product owners with data-informed recommendations

• Design and develop dashboards to visualize performance and extract actionable insights

• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to drive improvements

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a data analyst or similar role

• Strong statistical analysis and modeling skills

• Proficient in SQL and familiar with RDBMS

• Experience with R and/or Python is a strong plus

• Problem-solver with creative thinking and strong business acumen

• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
