Data Analyst (Tableau-Gaming)

We’re supporting a long-established and highly respected software company in its search for a Data Analyst to join a cross-functional product team. In this role, you will leverage data to improve the internal tech support system, enabling better decision-making and elevating the end-user experience.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze and integrate internal data, user research, and market insights to help shape product functionality based on real business goals

• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and QA to define cost-effective product specifications

• Support project planning and track performance post-launch, including maintenance and improvements

• Ensure quality control standards are met and initiate process improvements where necessary

• Identify and manage project risks, creating contingency plans to minimize impact

• Prepare regular progress reports and post-project evaluations to inform internal learning

• Drive a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and proactive leadership within the team

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in analytics and project execution

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics or a related field

• Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, and CRM or technical support systems

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project and reporting/dashboard tools (e.g., Superset)

• Strong problem-solving skills and creative analytical thinking

• Collaborative spirit and experience working with cross-functional teams

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Linux commands, Windows CMD, Apache, Nginx, and SSH key configurations
