What would you do:

As an IT R&D Lead, your daily work will include team management, technical planning, and cross-departmental collaboration. You will develop core system architecture plans based on company operational needs, while integrating front-end and front-end development resources to ensure the smooth completion of major projects. In cloud deployment, DevOps design, and data security, you will lead related strategies and continuously optimize existing processes. Additionally, you will assess the potential of emerging technologies such as AI and automation in the enterprise and drive the implementation of digital transformation projects. By working closely with various departments, you will transform business requirements into concrete and feasible technical solutions, while managing external vendor resources to ensure smooth project progress. • Plan the company's overall information development direction and core system technical architecture, and control system development, maintenance, and continuous optimization processes.
• Coordinate front-end and front-end development resources and major technical issues to ensure development quality, system stability, and on-time project delivery.
• Design cloud environments, system deployment, redundancy, and DevOps-related technical architecture to enhance system flexibility and reliability.
• Establish comprehensive information security, data security, and system permission management mechanisms to continuously strengthen enterprise information governance capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with operations and various functional departments to transform business needs into appropriate information and technology solutions.
• Coordinate internal enterprise information environment and MIS management, including integration and optimization of M365, information permissions, and related information services.
• Evaluate opportunities for AI, automation, and emerging technology applications, and promote the implementation of digital projects that meet the company's operational needs.
• Manage external vendors and technical cooperation resources related to information to ensure smooth cooperation and achieve expected goals.

• Over seven years of software development experience and more than three years of engineering team management experience, demonstrating excellent organizational and collaboration skills in large-scale projects.
• Familiar with software system architecture design, technology selection, and system development practices, capable of planning and implementing complex system solutions.
• Proficient in front-end and back-end system development processes, able to effectively integrate cross-technical team resources and identify technical issues.
• Familiar with backend technologies such as C# .NET Core or Python, able to flexibly apply to development needs in different business scenarios.
• Familiar with React / React Native or other modern front-end frameworks, capable of designing efficient and easy-to-maintain user interfaces.
• Practical experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or other relational databases, capable of handling large data access and analysis needs.
• Familiar with cloud environments such as GCP / AWS, as well as Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and related experiences, capable of planning flexible and stable cloud architectures.
• Possess strong team leadership, cross-departmental communication skills, requirements integration, and problem-solving skills, fostering collaborative consensus in diverse environments.
• Able to evaluate appropriate IT solutions based on company operational and management needs, rather than focusing solely on a single technology development direction
