IT Manager (F&B, POS)

A leading food and beverage organisation seeks an IT Manager in Taiwan to optimise multi-store IT infrastructure, enhance POS systems and security, and drive automation to improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

As an IT Manager, you will oversee IT systems, security, automation, and projects to enhance operational efficiency, system reliability, and business performance.

• Oversee the development, optimisation, integration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT systems, infrastructure, software applications, and equipment
• Develop and implement information security policies, strategies, and usage guidelines to safeguard sensitive data while supporting business operations
• Drive system automation initiatives and manage software debugging, modifications, and enhancements to improve efficiency across the organisation
• Plan, coordinate, integrate, and execute complex IT projects involving multiple departments and external partners to deliver reliable technology solutions
• Lead and develop the IT team through training, professional growth, collaboration, and knowledge sharing to foster continuous learning
• Manage IT budgets and expenses responsibly, collaborate with other departments to deliver tailored technology solutions, and ensure stable and efficient IT operations

Candidate profile:

• Experience integrating multi-store POS, store back-office (SC), ERP, membership databases, and related systems
• Proven project management experience delivering large-scale IT initiatives on time and within budget
• Exposure to restaurant or retail environments, with knowledge of industry-specific information security best practices
• Strong ownership, supportive leadership, talent development, and commitment to continuous professional development
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills and ability to work responsively under pressure while maintaining composure
• Experience managing departmental budgets to maximise value without compromising quality, alongside IT infrastructure improvement and knowledge-sharing practices
