Project Engineer(IFM PLATFORM)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Facility & IFM Manager to support the Taiwan operation of a global corporate services platform. This position will serve as a senior technical leader across multiple client accounts, providing expertise in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), engineering operations, MEP systems, preventive maintenance, vendor management, and operational risk. Beyond daily facility operations, this role will also participate in new business development, RFP projects, client transition and account mobilization, making it suitable for candidates who would like to expand from site-level facility management into a broader platform leadership role. Key Responsibilities * Provide technical leadership and management support for IFM and engineering operations across Taiwan. * Support on-site engineering teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure operational quality and compliance. * Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance strategies for building and engineering systems. * Provide technical expertise covering HVAC, electrical systems, UPS, BMS, generators, fire protection and plumbing systems. * Support RFP / new business projects, including maintenance planning, technical evaluation, vendor quotation and facility requirements. * Support new client transition and vendor onboarding to ensure smooth operational go-live. * Act as a technical escalation point for major operational issues and emergency situations. * Conduct periodic operational health checks across different client accounts and identify potential risks. * Provide technical recommendations to improve operational processes, engineering standards and procedures. * Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors and regional teams. * Support areas including risk, compliance, governance, procurement, supply chain, engineering services, safety, sustainability and partnership management. * Participate in broader business and leadership initiatives related to Taiwan IFM operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines.
• 10+ years of experience in Facility Management, IFM, Property Management or Engineering Operations.
• Strong experience within commercial offices / corporate facilities is preferred.
• Solid technical knowledge of building engineering and MEP systems.
• Familiar with equipment and systems such as:
  • HVAC
  • UPS
  • Generator / Genset
  • BMS
  • Fire Detection & Alarm Systems
  • Electrical & Mechanical Systems
• Experience managing vendors, subcontractors and engineering service providers.
• Strong stakeholder and client management capability.
• Experience in RFP, new account transition, mobilization or technical proposal would be highly advantageous.
• Relevant engineering, facility or safety certifications are a plus.
