ICT Engineer (美商大廠/ Onsite 新竹)

A global technology services organisation is seeking an ICT Engineer in Taiwan to strengthen in-circuit testing, troubleshoot test failures and support new product introduction, helping improve test performance and maintain reliable manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Debug ICT test fixtures and resolve testing anomalies in collaboration with production teams
• Maintain and update ICT test programs, analyse defects and troubleshoot test failures
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and production handover processes
• Monitor ICT testing across Taiwan contract manufacturing operations, including fixture status, test yield and capacity
• Analyse circuit-level issues using schematics and support PCBA power-on testing
• Support manufacturing assembly processes and investigate test-related issues

Candidate profile:

Essential requirements

• A degree in Electronics, Information Engineering or a related discipline
• At least 2 years’ experience in Teradyne ICT programming and test fixture debugging
• Practical experience in test program development or modification and hardware troubleshooting
• Ability to analyse electronic circuits using schematics, with knowledge of analogue and digital circuits
• Familiarity with multimeter-based fault analysis, PCBA power-on testing and Boundary Scan (BSCAN) principles
• Knowledge of manufacturing assembly processes and mechanical tolerances
• Good teamwork and communication skills, with a self-driven and proactive approach

Additional technical knowledge

• Familiarity with TRI and Keysight ICT testing platforms, including their machines and software.
