EC Campaign Manager

What you'll do:

• Plan promotional campaigns and seasonal sales events on e-commerce platforms to enhance brand visibility and sales performance
• Conduct market trends and competitor analysis to formulate effective e-commerce sales strategies
• Forecast products based on market trends, sales data, and seasonal demand, coordinating inventory plans to ensure product supply matches demand
• Analyse website data and consumer behaviour to optimise product pages and sales strategies, improving conversion rates
• Collaborate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure a smooth product supply chain, avoiding stockouts and excess inventory issues
• Work with marketing, customer service, product, and IT teams to ensure smooth product launches and execution of promotional campaigns
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. Set clear objectives and performance expectations, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to team members
