What you'll do:

• Oversee new automotive acoustic product projects from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring all milestones are achieved on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Facilitate weekly project meetings with both internal teams and external partners to maintain clear communication and alignment throughout each phase of development.
• Monitor project progress closely by coordinating efforts across engineering, manufacturing, and validation departments to ensure seamless execution.
• Promote effective cross-department collaboration by acting as a central point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the project lifecycle.
• Review validation schedules and compliance requirements with relevant teams to guarantee that all products meet rigorous industry standards before launch.
• Ensure production readiness by working closely with manufacturing sites, addressing any equipment or process issues proactively to avoid delays.
• Identify potential risks early in the project timeline and implement mitigation strategies in partnership with key team members.
• Support cost estimation activities by providing accurate assessments based on technical specifications and market requirements.
