What you'll do:

• Lead the liquid cooling design analysis team
• Oversee the design and planning of liquid cooling products and construction of testing equipment
• Respond to customers’ RFI, RFP, RFQ with professionalism and expertise
• Supervise and guide R&D engineers towards achieving company goals
• Cooperate with associations and schools to stay updated with the latest liquid cooling technology

What you bring:

• 10 years of experience in R&D and design of IT/data center/server related products
• 5 years of experience in managing a team of more than 6 people
• Major in thermal flow or structural analysis
• Ability to express professional content fluently in English
