What you'll do:
As a General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client's business expansion from 1 to 100. You will be responsible for formulating and implementing development strategies that ensure business growth and market expansion. Your ability to oversee daily operations while fostering efficient collaboration across various departments will be crucial in improving operational efficiency. Working closely with the product team, you will ensure that SaaS products meet market demands, thereby driving scalable growth. Your role will also involve planning and executing Go-To-Market strategies that accelerate market penetration and expansion.
- Formulate and implement company development strategies to ensure business growth and market expansion.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient collaboration across departments to improve operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the product team to ensure SaaS products meet market demands and drive scalable growth.
- Plan and execute Go-To-Market strategies to accelerate market penetration and expansion.
- Monitor financial indicators to ensure sustainable business model development and optimize cost structure.
- Establish and lead an efficient team, attract and cultivate talent, and foster a positive corporate culture.
- Ensure high-quality customer experience, develop and maintain key customers and partners.
What you bring:
The ideal General Manager candidate brings 5-10 years or more of relevant management experience. You have held senior management positions in SaaS, technology or catering-related industries. You possess experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy planning and implementation. You have a keen product sense and are willing to understand the product from its perspective to drive business growth. Your strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making ability enable you to analyze market trends and formulate corresponding strategies. Your excellent leadership skills make you capable of leading cross-departmental teams and promoting enterprise growth.
- 5-10 years or more of relevant management experience, having held senior management positions in SaaS, technology, or catering-related industries.
- Experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy planning and implementation.
