Sales Director
Our client is seeking a APAC Sales Director. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team, driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities and partnerships in key sectors, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, who can align regional goals with global strategies.
What you'll do:
As the Sales Director, your primary responsibility will be to lead the APAC sales operations. You will be tasked with managing a dedicated team, developing effective regional sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities. Your role will also involve setting clear KPIs and monitoring performance against these targets. Building strong relationships with key clients will be crucial to your success, as well as collaborating closely with the global headquarters to ensure alignment of regional goals. Additionally, you will prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for senior management.
- Lead and manage a team of six sales and customer supports in Taiwan.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, distribution channels, and partnerships in key sectors.
- Set clear KPIs and sales targets; monitor and evaluate performance regularly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Collaborate closely with global headquarters to align regional goals with global strategies.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for senior management.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Sales Director role brings at least five years of experience in a sales leadership role. You have demonstrated success in SEA market development and overseas management. Your proven track record of driving business growth and managing high-performing teams sets you apart. Your excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills enable you to build strong relationships with clients and partners. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required for this role. Experience in the consumer electronics industry would be advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years in a sales leadership role
- Experience in SEA market development and oversea management
- Proven track record of driving business growth and managing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Consumer electronic industry experience is a plus
