What will you do:
As an Account Manager, your day-to-day work will focus on market development and branding in Japan, actively identifying and expanding new business opportunities, and maintaining existing customer relationships. - Responsible for the sales promotion of the company's products in Japan market, and effectively deliver product value to potential customers through presentations and communication skills.
- Proactively develop new business opportunities, including finding new customers, establishing new channels, planning projects, and exploring new markets to expand your business footprint.
- Collect and analyze local market information, and formulate specific and feasible sales strategies according to industry trends to enhance competitiveness.
- Set and strive to achieve predetermined performance targets and profit targets to ensure the company's continued growth in the region.
- Regularly participate in online video conferences (con-calls) and arrange business trips to visit important customers to strengthen customer relationship maintenance and in-depth cooperation.
- Assist the team to collaborate across departments to integrate resources to meet customer needs and improve service quality.
- Track market feedback and competitor dynamics, and make suggestions for improvement to optimize product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Write professional briefing documents and conduct proposal presentations to effectively explain product features and solution advantages.

- Fluent Mandaring & Japanese speaking and writing is a must.
