Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall business operations, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth.

• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with the company's long-term objectives.

• Oversee key functions, including media planning, media buying, digital marketing, client services, and business operations.

• Drive financial performance through P&L management, budgeting, resource allocation, and cost optimization.

• Strengthen relationships with key clients, media partners, and strategic business stakeholders.

• Identify new business opportunities and support business development initiatives to expand market presence.

• Improve operational processes, cross-functional collaboration, and service delivery excellence.

• Lead digital transformation, automation, and data-driven initiatives to enhance business performance.

• Build and develop high-performing teams, strengthen leadership capabilities, and drive organizational effectiveness.

• Work closely with senior leadership to establish business priorities, performance targets, and growth strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.

• 12+ years of experience in media agencies, advertising agencies, digital marketing, or related industries.

• Proven leadership experience in business operations, commercial management, or agency leadership.

• Strong understanding of media planning, media buying, digital advertising, and integrated marketing solutions.

• Solid experience in P&L management, financial planning, and operational excellence.

• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in driving business growth and profitability.

• Excellent client relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities and experience leading cross-functional teams.

• Fluent Mandarin and strong English communication skills.
