Retail Sales Operation

A leading retail organisation seeks a Retail Sales Operations Specialist in Taiwan to optimise store operations, strengthen performance, and deliver consistent customer experiences through SOPs, data insights, and field support.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and enforce retail SOPs, service standards, and operational guidelines across all stores to drive efficiency, compliance, and consistent customer experiences
• Analyse store traffic, conversion, ATV, UPT, sell-through, inventory turnover, and sales KPIs to identify performance gaps and drive improvement
• Partner with Supply Chain, Area Managers, and Store Managers to optimise replenishment, stock accuracy, shrinkage control, scheduling, and field issue resolution
• Own frontline sales incentive calculations and streamline front- and back-of-house processes to strengthen store productivity and team performance
• Collaborate with HQ teams across Merchandising, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Marketing, delivering management reports and supporting training and service-standard initiatives

Candidate profile:

• Hands-on experience in fast-paced retail environments covering front-of-house and back-of-house store operations
• Strong commercial data analysis skills across sell-through, UPT, ATV, inventory turnover, sales targets, traffic, conversion, and stock accuracy
• Experienced in KPI reporting and industry-standard tools for tracking retail performance, identifying gaps, and recommending actionable solutions
• Strong coordination skills across Area/Store Managers and HQ functions including Merchandising, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Marketing
• Skilled in field support, operational problem-solving, workforce scheduling, incentive calculations, process optimisation, SOP compliance, and service training
