Major Areas of Responsibility

1. Compliance & Risk Management
   Develop and implement proactive compliance initiatives, including policies, risk-based training programs, compliance audits, and early-warning mechanisms to identify and mitigate potential legal risks.

2. Contract Management & Negotiation
   Draft, review, analyze, and negotiate various commercial agreements, balancing legal risks with business objectives and opportunities.

3. Business Partnership & Legal Advisory
   Collaborate with cross-functional teams as a strategic legal partner, providing practical legal advice and integrating legal perspectives into broader business operations and decision-making.

4. Intellectual Property & Dispute Management
   Support intellectual property-related matters, including IP strategy discussions, dispute management, patent litigation, and the development of legal recommendations in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

5. Cross-functional Communication & Decision Support
   Translate complex legal issues into practical business insights, facilitating effective communication and informed decision-making among stakeholders.

6. Cross-functional Project Support
   Contribute to or lead cross-functional initiatives, providing legal expertise and guidance to support project execution and business objectives.

7. Legal Technology & AI Integration
   Identify and explore opportunities to leverage AI tools and legal technology in daily workflows, promoting knowledge sharing and enhancing overall team efficiency.

8. Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
   Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing workflows, challenge conventional practices, and implement innovative approaches to enhance legal operations and service quality.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.

• Professional Qualifications: U.S. Bar admission or Taiwan Attorney License is preferred.

• Experience: 10+ years of corporate legal experience, with the ability to independently manage legal matters and provide strategic legal advice.

• Language: Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
