Supply Chain Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Finance Manager to act as a key financial partner to our Taiwan manufacturing operations. Reporting to the APAC Head of Supply Chain Finance, this role serves as a vital link between finance, operations, and commercial teams, driving cost management, financial transparency, and process improvements across our production sites. The position offers flexibility for remote working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to plant management, delivering accurate, insightful cost analysis to support operational efficiency and cost control.

• Take ownership of the full cost planning cycle, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly cost outlooks.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable product cost forecasts, identify cost drivers, evaluate productivity initiatives, and support capital investment decisions.

• Promote process standardization and continuous improvement within the finance function to enhance overall business impact.

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve cost competitiveness and operational performance of the Taiwan manufacturing facilities.

• Utilize financial tools such as benchmarking, breakeven analysis, and sensitivity analysis to support data-driven decision-making.

• Ensure strict adherence to corporate financial policies and internal controls within plant finance operations.

• Lead efforts to build financial acumen across mill teams by designing and delivering relevant training programs.

• Oversee and develop the Product Cost Analyst team to ensure workload balance, timely reporting, and alignment with business priorities.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Strong command of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, supply chain finance, or cost analysis roles.

• Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.

• Proven track record as a collaborative business partner who can influence stakeholders and drive results.

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and leading process improvement initiatives.

• Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and systems such as Excel, SAP, Anaplan, or equivalent platforms.

• Previous leadership or team development experience is a plus.
