Supply Chain Finance - Assistant Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Cost Analyst Assistant Manager to join a well-established and respected organisation in Taipei. Key Responsibilities

Deliver accurate and timely cost analysis, along with financial advice, to support mill management in optimising production costs and improving operational processes.

Lead and support the financial planning processes, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly cost outlooks, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop reliable product cost forecasts, evaluate cost changes, identify key cost drivers, and support productivity and capital investment initiatives.

Promote and drive process improvement and standardisation across the finance function to enhance efficiency and value delivery.

Identify areas for cost optimisation within manufacturing operations and provide actionable recommendations to maintain competitiveness.

Utilise a range of financial analysis tools, such as benchmarking, breakeven analysis, and scenario modelling, to support better-informed decision-making.

Ensure adherence to corporate financial control policies and procedures within mill finance activities.

Develop and deliver training programs to improve financial understanding among mill teams, enhancing their ability to assess the financial impact of operational decisions.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience working in a dynamic manufacturing or supply chain environment.

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to simplify complex financial information into clear business insights.

Proven ability to work as a collaborative business partner, influencing stakeholders and driving results.

Comfortable managing multiple priorities and leading process improvement initiatives.

Proficiency with financial modelling and systems such as Excel, SAP, Anaplan, or similar tools.
