A premier commercial bank is seeking a Senior Manager (Investor Relations) to sharpen capital market strategy, articulate key growth drivers to global investors, and build robust analyst relationships that maximize institutional trust and firm valuation.

• Investor Events & Roadshows: Plan and execute investor conferences, institutional briefings, and overseas roadshows to enhance the company’s visibility in global capital markets.
• Investor Communications & Messaging: Align business developments with corporate strategy to articulate key investment theses. Proactively build and maintain relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts. Prepare strategic communications materials, including earnings presentation decks and comprehensive FAQ documents.
• Regulatory Compliance & Disclosures: Oversee the drafting and timely release of material disclosures, announcements, and regulatory filings on the Market Observation Post System (MOPS) and other public platforms.
• Peer Intelligence & Strategic Insights: Track peer performance, financial benchmarks, and broader market trends. Deliver actionable investor relations reports and strategic recommendations to executive management.
• Corporate Value Initiatives: Drive and manage cross-functional projects aimed at strengthening investor relations and optimizing long-term enterprise value.
