Senior FP&A analyst

A leading FMCG company is seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst in Taiwan to manage financial planning, drive P&L performance analysis, and deliver actionable insights that empower commercial decision-making and support regional growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate annual budgeting, latest estimates (LE), monthly forecasting, and long-range planning, including financial consolidation

• Develop and maintain financial models to assess P&L performance, key business assumptions, and alternative scenarios.

• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to evaluate business cases for product launches, pricing strategies, and resource allocation

• Maintain complex financial models to monitor revenue, gross margin, and operating income under various assumptions and scenarios

• Track brand investments and operational expenditures, delivering clear variance analysis and spending visibility to budget owners

• Support COGS analysis, inventory provision reviews, and reporting automation using enterprise systems to streamline workflow efficiency

Candidate profile:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, management reporting, or a related Finance function.

• Strong grasp of P&L management, financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis

• Fluent in English and Mandarin with outstanding stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities
