About the Role

Our client is a global semiconductor company seeking an experienced engineering leader to drive semiconductor process technology development and support new product introductions. This role will lead a team of experienced engineers, collaborate with global R&D and manufacturing partners, and define technology strategies to support future business growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in process optimization, engineering execution, people development, and cross-functional project leadership within a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an experienced engineering team, ensuring successful execution of technology development projects.
• Drive semiconductor process development, manufacturing readiness, and new product introduction activities.
• Collaborate closely with global R&D, manufacturing partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver project milestones.
• Define technology strategies and support long-term technology roadmap planning.
• Build strong relationships with external manufacturing partners to improve engineering efficiency and execution.
• Manage project priorities, resource planning, hiring, coaching, and team development.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process capability, operational excellence, and manufacturing performance.
• Provide regular project updates and technical guidance to senior management and global stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of semiconductor process, technology development, or manufacturing engineering experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and process technologies.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects within a global organization.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Fluent English communication with experience working across international teams.
