Customer Service & Logistics Head, TW&HK

A global food and beverage manufacturing organisation seeks a Customer Service & Logistics Head in Taiwan to optimise Hong Kong and Taiwan operations, enhancing service excellence, efficiency, and compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop HK & Taiwan customer service and logistics strategies aligned with regional supply chain roadmaps and business goals
• Lead team capability, talent development, succession planning, engagement, coaching, and high-performance culture across 10–11 associates
• Own end-to-end order-to-cash operations, including order processing, fulfilment, EDI integration, SLA compliance, and customer collaboration
• Optimise transportation from port-to-warehouse and warehouse-to-customer, driving vehicle utilisation, efficiency, and cost productivity
• Ensure customs, trade, and regulatory compliance while managing freight forwarders, customs brokers, and detention costs
• Oversee warehousing and 3PL operations, driving inventory accuracy, productivity, co-packing agility, reverse logistics, compliance, and cost leadership

Candidate profile:

• 8–10 years’ supply chain experience, with a strong background in planning and supply planning
• Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Economics degree; APICS, IBF, or relevant certification preferred
• SAP (ATLAS) and Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong exposure to logistics operations, customs, trade, regulatory compliance, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
• Proven stakeholder management across finance, planning, sales, and general management teams
• Strong coaching, situational leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement capabilities
