C&B Manager
The Company is looking for an experienced Compensation and Performance Management Manager to lead the Company's compensation strategy, benefits system and performance management system. Responsible for developing and executing a company-wide compensation strategy, ensuring a fair and competitive system, and continuously monitoring market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
In your day-to-day role, you'll analyze compensation data, track market dynamics, design innovative benefits packages, and lead the optimization and implementation of performance management systems. In addition, this position emphasizes cross-departmental communication and collaboration, which requires you to be good at listening to the needs of different units and proposing feasible solutions.
