Total Rewards Lead

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Total Rewards Manager to develop and oversee the organization’s compensation and benefits programs. This role is responsible for ensuring that total rewards strategies are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with the company’s business objectives. The Total Rewards Manager will play a key role in enhancing employee engagement and retention through well-structured rewards programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.

  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay structures and benefits offerings.

  • Oversee salary structure, job evaluation, and incentive programs to align with business and talent strategies.

  • Develop and manage employee wellness and recognition programs to enhance engagement and performance.

  • Provide guidance on international mobility cases, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and understanding of total rewards programs.

  • Monitor regulatory compliance related to compensation and benefits to mitigate risk.

  • Utilize HR analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of total rewards strategies and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in designing and managing total rewards, compensation, and benefits programs.

  • Strong knowledge of market trends, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data for strategic decision-making.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive HR matters.

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
