Position Summary

As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) based in Taichung City, you will be a strategic advisor to business leaders and a key advocate for employees. Your role is vital in aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals, supporting talent development, and fostering a high-performance, engaged workforce in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Strategic Partnership

• Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational needs

• Provide expert input on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design

🔹 Employee Relations

• Serve as a trusted HR advisor for managers and employees

• Proactively resolve issues, manage conflicts, and support a positive work environment

🔹 Talent Management

• Lead initiatives to attract, retain, and develop key talent

• Partner with Talent Acquisition for timely and quality hiring

• Drive performance management processes (goal-setting, appraisals, feedback)

🔹 Learning and Development

• Identify training needs and collaborate with L&D to build relevant development programs

• Support leadership development and employee engagement initiatives

🔹 HR Policies and Compliance

• Ensure adherence to Taiwan labor laws and internal policies

• Implement and monitor HR guidelines that promote fairness and consistency

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s is a plus)

• 10+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years as an HRBP in manufacturing or consumer electronics

• Successful track record in Plant HR or HR Generalist roles

• Strong knowledge of Taiwan employment laws and regulations

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and manage multiple priorities

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
