HR Assistant Manager
We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant Manager to lead HR operations in Taiwan and support regional collaboration across Greater China. This role covers recruitment, C&B, training, and performance management, and is ideal for hands-on professionals eager to make strategic impact in a multi-country setting.

Lead full-spectrum HR operations in Taiwan, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, labor law compliance, training, and performance management

Design and implement hiring strategies for both frontline retail and head office positions, including seasonal and high-volume recruitment

Oversee payroll, attendance, insurance, and contract management

Develop and manage structured training programs for new hires, store managers, and leadership pipelines

Facilitate performance review processes and support functional managers in KPI setting and evaluation

Contribute to the development and enhancement of HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement activities

Collaborate with HR teams in China and Hong Kong to align local practices with regional HR strategies and ensure compliance

Consolidate and analyze HR data (e.g., headcount, attrition, compensation benchmarks) for management reporting

Coordinate cross-border HR initiatives such as HRIS implementation, employee surveys, and organizational restructuring

Support regional talent development and succession planning; act as a key liaison between Taiwan HQ and Greater China HR teams
