What you'll do:

• Define and lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
• Build and manage a cross-functional product team, responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch optimization.
• Partner closely with engineering, operations, business development, and marketing to ensure cohesive execution across departments.
• Identify user needs and translate insights into scalable and customer-centric product solutions.
• Monitor key product metrics and use data-driven insights to prioritize initiatives and measure impact.
• Stay informed of market trends, user behaviour, and competitive landscape to ensure continuous product differentiation.

What you bring:

• 10+ years of product management experience in consumer technology, fintech or digital services.
• At least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to scale products in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong people leadership skills with experience managing product managers and cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of user experience, product design principles, and agile development methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to guide decision-making.
• Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to align diverse teams toward shared objectives.
• Experience in the India market is highly preferred.
